We would like to inform you that we have discontinued support for our Alpha IP app.
From now on we recommend that you use the official Homematic IP app for your Homematic IP products.

 

To transfer your configuration to the Homematic IP app, follow these steps:

  1. Install the Homematic IP app.
  2. Then follow the setup instructions.
  3. To transfer your configuration, scan the barcode from the central device.
  4. Now all of your devices and settings should be visible in the new app.
